Only providing 4 stars because I personally believe no one is perfect and there's always room for improvement! I have been living in the neighborhood for two years but have never used an auto repair shop around here. Saw their google reviews and how great they were and thought I'd try these guys out! Not only did I get quick and transparent communication, the customer service was great and auto repair service was efficient. They provided me with an oil change, replaced front and rear wipers, replaced rear license plate lights, and the only con from the service was that they were supposed to replace my air filters, but their supplier didn't have them in stock. But, that was out of their control and they said I can go back to get them done (I didn't pay for the work, since it wasn't completed). They also checked under my hood for a noise that I was pretty sure was coming from my water pump/water pump belt and they confirmed it for me, provided me with the estimates, and I was on my way. Great service overall and I'll be back! Thanks Silas Deane Auto! Thanks Shawn for all of your help!

Rob always very professional and there serivce dept is top notch I've been to many in my 50 plus years but there service and Pricing are Great. Have been very satisfied.

PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AFFORDABLEnnCar would start, shake and die. I'm no auto expert and finding a good, honest mechanic is important. You are putting your trust in them not to take advantage of your lack of knowledge by inflating problems and costs.nHad my car towed there and they were able to quickly diagnose my issue , were very courteous and the cost was thankfully less than I was expecting. Rob was especially helpful and this was overall a great experience. I will be coming to you guys from now on. Lol I have issues that need addressing so I'll probably see you sooner rather than later. But thank you guys. Great job!!!

We have been coming to Silas Deane Auto for a few years now and I am not sure how I haven’t written them a review yet!! These guys are the absolute best. We are ‘old car’ people and if you fall into this group, you know that a good mechanic that you can trust is priceless. Rob, Shaun and James have taken the best care of us over the years. We will never go anywhere else for our vehicles. I recently had an accident and my car was still drivable...I drove it here. They helped calm me down and assessed my car. Sadly due to year/make and mileage it was a total. Today they spent lots of time with me in choosing from two different replacement vehicles...neither of which they were selling. They helped assess a car from a private seller and found an issue with the title. When that wasn’t going to work out, they went on to coach me though my interaction with a used dealer. I texted photos and had a phone consult with them. I got a car today that I am happy with and feel like I made a good, educated choice all thanks to their involvement. They truly care about their customers and it shows. Thank you again Rob and James for your A+++++ service today. It is so appreciated.
