We come and visit family here in Helena every couple of years and always make it a point to stop in and eat because the food is awesome and the service is even better. Our family has been coming here for the last 25 years. After my experience this morning, I don’t think we’ll be back. I’m not one to gripe and complain about all the small stuff, I can brush that aside and move on but the service we had today was subpar to what is usually the norm. Our waitress did not seem to be very experienced or just lacked the desire to provide the service we expect when we visit here. I don’t expect to have a linen napkin on my lap when dining here, but just to take that extra step in making sure we are taken care of. Once our food came out we never saw our sever again until we were almost done. I cant imagine that’s the way she was trained, I doubt it from our previous experience. I could understand if you guys were slammed but you weren’t. The fruit we got as a side was old and discolored, white pineapple instead of a vibrant yellow. I hope that this can aid in your efforts to improve the service that we have experienced here today.nnJames P.
Over 1 hour wait for two sandwiches and fries. Only 4 small tables. Heard the cooking talking about microwaving food to get it out quick as the breaker was popping. Never got our sandwiches as people that ordered after us got their food. Decided to drop some cash on the table for the fountain drinks and walk out... might have gotten two stars yad the waitress even acknowledged thst it was taking forever.

It was quiet for a casino setting. But clean with good customer service.
