My family love Dairy Queen, so since moving closer to here, I've been coming fairly often.... and I am not exaggerating when I say EVERY time I have come, something is incredibly wrong with my order. It's been months, once or twice a week. You would think for paying $5 for a cup of something a machine makes mostly for you, it wouldn't be that hard. Expensive, long wait, miserable experience, but a couple decent menu items.

Food is decent for fast food. Bagging techniques however could be improved. More than once I've gone through the drive thru and ordered a 5+ item order which gets all stuffed into one bag. Typically the order consists of chili dogs which are placed at the very bottom and by the time they make it out, they're smashed to oblivion. I wouldn't mind one or two more bags at the least.

Not too bad usually getting my order correct. Two times I have been charged for extra ingredients that I did not receive. I had a my stub. They said there was nothing they could do. Not sure why they give receipts if they hold no merits.

The dbl cheeseburger was great. I ordered fries with no salt and actually got them too. And the service was very y friendly and efficient.
