One thing you get spoiled outside of Montana is the chance to eat more authentic Mexican food. El Vaquero comes as close as I’ve found to the delicious “street” tacos I’ve enjoyed many places, including Mexico City. Their food is made fast, and with fresh ingredients. Definitely a tasty and fast takeaway lunch.

Went here today with some friends who visit a lot. I'd never been nor heard of this establishment until today. The food is absolutely delicious, and Is served out quickly. This is not a dine in establishment, but the food is made right before your eyes and the taste of homemade Mexican food cannot be beat.
