We are So Grateful to Attorney Sherman!nMy son's pistol permit was revoked and we were looking for an attorney to represent him in his appeal to the state. Attorney Sherman was highly recommended. We are so grateful that he took our case. Attorney Sherman returned our initial call (after business hours) and talked with us at length. He kept us informed throughout the process and was very professional and courteous. Because of Attorney Sherman's expertise in firearm law, the issue was resolved without a board hearing and my son's permit was reinstated. I highly recommend Attorney Sherman to anyone seeking expert legal representation.

After waiting 20 plus weeks for my 60 day temp pistol permit after submission, I contacted Ralph for assistance. He asked for my details to determine if he could provide service to me without wasting my time or money in a fee. He told me what he was prepared to do and the cost of his fee. I approved and moved forward with Ralph. He contacted the State and within a day, Ralph got back to me with the reason for the delay - the problem was the local police department and not the State. With the details Ralph provided, I met with the local police department Two days later I had my 60 day Temp permit. I feel very fortunate to have had attorney Sherman represent me in my pistol permit defense. Attorney Sherman began working on my case immediately. He is diligent and thoughtful and was able to get an extremely favorable decision by the firearms board. I can’t recommend Atty. Sherman enough, I was feeling powerless against a huge system I didn’t understand. Do yourself a favor, have atty. Sherman represent you, do NOT go it alone. I hired attorney Sherman for an appeal of a denial to a pistol permit. the guy is a professional, he has the most experience in that field than any attorney I saw representing other appellants.. the guy does his homework, he’s a straight up guy and let’s you know that this and this will happen and you have to be ready for it... bottom line he is great at what he does, but just remember, as an appellant it’s the way you act and represent yourself in front of the board during questioning, and that is one thing attorney Sherman can not help you with, at that point it’s all on you... attorney Sherman, Thank you sir for fighting for my second amendment right.
