I am so thrilled to be part of the CT Workout family! I have been going to CT Workout for just over a year now! Class hour availability is excellent whether you are an early bird or someone who prefers afternoon/evening workouts. The coaches are friendly and approachable. The exercises are varied and challenging allowing for an all body workout! I would highly recommend CT Workout whether you are a newbie looking to change your life or a seasoned athlete! CT Workout is the place for you!

CT Workout is a quality gym and it gave me all the tools I needed for weight loss success! Before becoming a member, I was overweight and had no success at other gyms. The program at CT Workout changed all of that. The certified and knowledgeable trainers helped me drop inches, lose weight and ditch bad eating habits in a supportive environment. Now I love working out and have stuck with a nutrition lifestyle that gives me the energy I need for work and my kids. Ben and his energetic team of coaches always help me set new goals in a motivating and fun atmosphere so I never get bored. I look forward to new workout routines and weight loss challenges which help me continue to improve my health. CT Workout has been the best investment I’ve made in myself that’s given me efficient and noticeable results.

I've been a member at many gyms... and CT Workout is the best yet. I enjoy working out but never saw the results or felt the way I wanted to from all my prior attempts, e.g. spin class, group exercise, weigh training, running, etc. I'm 55 yrs old and have the strength and endurance I did when I was much younger. Great instructors (coaches) who really encourage you to get the most from your workout without risking injury to yourself. Different WO every day... different routine every month.

I really enjoyed the workouts and community at CT Workout. The staff is attentive and professional. The workouts are challenging and thorough. I'd still go there if I hadn't moved so far away. I thought Ben and his team deserved a shout out.
