I like the old school, Gold's-Gym-type of vibe. Simple, lots of free weights, but machines, too. Wish they had straight pull-up bars, though; they have two places to do pull-ups, but they're inseparable from the dip bars and your legs are blocked from going forward; can't do much in the way of muscle-ups and other bar exercises here. Otherwise a great place, a second home.
Friendly staff. Very happy I join. Great hours especially during these times and lots of equipment.
Love this gym and glad I found it! I just have one concern, we need to make sure some people who are working out follow the rules for COVID-19. For the most part people areud83dudc4dud83cudffe The gym has placed the rules there to protect each otherud83dudc4dud83cudffeud83dudc4dud83cudffe. Let’s keep this gym open - I like this place a lot.
