I've now used this company twice, and I have had nothing but good experiences with them. Their work was thorough, quick, and professional, they were personable and respectful, and they were able to repair and upgrade a bunch of different things in the house that had been done poorly by a previous contractor. I am thoroughly impressed with what they had to offer and with their service.
Avoid. They scam you on labor. They quote a labor price, but it goes up because they send two people, even if its a one person task (like replacing outlets). Also, they showed up 45 min late for early morning appointment. The work may be fine, but a honest electrical company could do just as well.
Rude, unhelpful call center. In a state wide disaster it is not helpful to customers to be difficult, rude and condescending.nnWe have a psychiatrist who does telemedicine from our house with suicidal patients. One would think they would expedite or help come up with a way to prioritize our situation.nnThe two stars are all for the technicians who were very helpful, kind and performed their job quickly I would give the technicians 5 stars but the call center is a minus 3 although they deserve A ZEEERO.
Reliable, reasonable, and thorough
Beware of the $600.00 for 7 Hrs of labor. This is a scam! They show up and then say they need a second man to get the job completed quicker. They charge for the second helper an additional $75.00 per hr and still cant complete a job. When you try to schedule a man for a full day they tell you they can't accommodate you for weeks! If you must use them make them bid the job.
