I like the nachos with cheese sauce here as well as their frozen bean burritos. I know it isn't ideal, but if you're in a hurry or it is late at night, it works. The staff here is friendly. They have lots of other great snack options as well. The location is much nicer than the one near my house on South Main Street in New Britain. I also like the milk they sell here. There is good reading material too if you want a magazine.nAnother plus to this place is 7-11 is always open, which comes in handy at times...

Im here almost every day around 10pm to 12am and they are really nice people very nice and polite really good 7/11 besides it has a good french vanilla flavoring for the coffee.

I was not happy with the customer service from the employee that was working in that store on July 28, 2018 around 6:15pm or so. I mentioned that the Coca-Cola fountain drink taste flat and he shook his head and seemed to not care about what I was saying. He didn’t even say. “ could you give me a second so I can go check and see if we are running low on the Coke. Nope nothing just continued to ring up my items with no care in world. That was awful customer service and he should be ashamed of himself to act so unprofessional. All it would have taken is a couple of seconds to check in the back. I was not a happy customer and I will not be going back to that 7/11 store, located at 461 New Britain Ave, in Newington ever again. There’s people out there that are willing to display the best customer service out there perhaps you should reevaluate ur job description and learn to be more professional when you are running the store.
