The service at this store is actually appalling... I walked into the store and made eye contact with one of the employees by the door fully prepared to say hi, but instead they just ignored me... Met with the same result on the way out. Staff at the cash make you feel as though you're interrupting their conversation with their colleagues and are being a burden. I guess low prices come at the cost of good service...
No body care about wear face masks in this store.i am not going to shopping this store till covid-19 clear.

Costumer service is HORRIBLE. I been to this location plenty of times and I have never experienced such horrible service as I did today over the phone. Was on hold for about 20 minutes, I called back only to be told I will be out on hold and instead got hung up on. I called back twice NO ANSWER. I finally decided to call back and instead of letting her tell me hold, I spoke about how I been holding and got hung up on plenty of times and I was not having it. I will never bring my money to a place where customers are not treated with respect. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ABOUT COSTUMER SERVICE, WE DO KEEP YOU GUYS IN BUSINESS.
