Was sent here for a uniform fitting. I was very pleased with the store and it's employees. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Made the fitting easy and pain free ud83dude0a

They used to have a good selection and fast turn-around on sewing (patches and alterations). These days however, much of what I need has to be special ordered and weeks of wait time for a couple patches and Simple hemming. Uniform sizes seem very limited as is footwear. Biggest irritation though, people working there seemed impatient and had very little knowledge about their business....don’t know what epaulets or corafram shoes were? Go somewhere else and avoid the hassle!!

I would like to first start off by saying I not only speak for myself but other members of departments across the state. Security Uniforms is not what it used to be. They have turned into rude and discourteous people who care more about making a dollar than ensuring they take care of the customer and leave a lasting impression. I have had several instances where my uniforms are not correct, or charged incorrectly and when I went to address the issue I was lied to. I now have to take my own time and more money out of my pocket to go to New England Uniforms or Sentry Uniforms to have what I wanted and needed done right.nnIt is only a matter of time before Security Uniforms is out of business. Whether you work in New Britain or a surrounding town, do yourself a favor and spend your money at a uniform store that will do the job right and give you the product you want.

Worst customer service they have, they asked me for a permit or show them any PD ID in order to buy a plain navy blue shirt it’s just shirt its not a deadly wapen there is no law requires me to show A law infringement ID to buy a shirt its raissim. Just because the way i look nooo I’m sorry that was the worse feeling i had in my life ( I’m fully licensed) and working in private security companynI have no choice I needed that shirt for work so I bought it with a awful feeling
