Unfortunately, this was the company they called to the accident my son was involved in.n1. One man show, which is fine but when you arrive to get your car , you have to wait for them open up the place.n2. When they arrive, they dont have the keys to the office, so they want cash only.n3. After they quote you one balance, it changes after they itemize a written receipt.nTop dollar fees for low level service.

Anthony at Jem systems was amazing! My car was involved in an accident. It was towed away from the scene by a different towing company and brought to a less than savory storage lot. We had a lot of difficulty working with the owner off the storage lot. Then we contacted Anthony at Jem Systems. Anthony worked magic and was able to get the vehicle from the storage lot in a timely fashion. Anthony was professional, effective, and very understanding. I just wish I knew about Jem Systems before, I would have called them right away and avoided all the headache the other company gave me. I would highly recommend Jem systems to anyone. Cant thank them enough for helping get my car back. I have there number in my phone and should I ever need a tow they will be the first company I call.
