Great people, great selection of cars priced from value to high end and always put on the road with the best product!!!
Didn't have a lot of contact, this is just where my car was towed to and declared totalled. But staff was polite, professional and helpful for the time I was there, but i didn't actually get any work done here so I can't comment on that.
Recently purchased a car. Great customer service at Schaller Mitsubishi, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Only downside, it took a long time to finalize paperwork due to staffing issues.
Lack of communication took them 3 weeks just to tell the job wasn’t complete and to wait couple weeks more ! Then when I said I’ll pick up my car they made me wait a whole day & again didn’t call me to tell me it was ready to pick up
Actually, the jury is still out. Picking up my car tomorrow from the auto body area, for the second time. More to come, stay tuned.nThere was a problem when I first went to pick up my car. They subsequently fixed the problem and the manager, Dan, worked with me to turn me into a satisfied customer. The final workmanship seems fine. I would give them another chance due to they’re commitment to make things right.
