1580 Utility Trailer (Sales of Las Vegas)

Had an issue with the HORRIBLE Bendix system on a 2020 Reefer 53’ Utility trailer that was causing the braking system to sporadically engage. We’ve had this issue with Bendix happen on other trailers as well with our company but Bendix of course refuses to acknowledge that it’s an issue on their end. Needless to say after to speaking with the Service Manager Julie at the Utility trailer shop this is an ongoing problem. Julie and her mechanic Cory figured out that the Bendix computer module needed to be replaced. They had to have it overnighted and repaired my trailer the next day. Julie was hands down the the best service manager I’ve had the pleasure to work with and kept me in the loop about the repairs. Cory did a helluva job not only on the Bendix system but also on repairing a damaged frame area. I really truly appreciate their hard work and professionalism from them both!
