They are nice however, they are unfamiliar with process when someone dies. I did the footwork/paperwork myself after return was rejected that HR Block prepared. I was still charged for services although taxes were not done properly. IRS is claiming due to Statute of Limitations my deceased mothers money will NOT be sent!n1) wrong/ insufficient paperwork submittedn2) then wrong address provided of where to send tax returns
