Never order from them if you need something urgently. I guarantee you that they will not have it in Stock. They never do. This is why they never divulge what they have in stock. I called and complaint but they will never show you. They drop ship mostly which is a complete waste of our valuable time. When I place an order it is typically because I need it URGENTLY. It is best to order from them when you are NOT in a HURRY and can afford to wait 10 to 15 days. Also, be aware of partial shipments at your expense. They partial ship if you do not add in the comments that "ship only complete orders". The default everywhere else is to partial ship if you request it. Or if they partial ship the rest is always at the companies expense. Because it is their fault for not having it in the first place. So, whatever savings you think you had is gone automatically when they partial ship.

Their knowledge of their CAT pumps is very limited however they are really nice people and they are very organized. Quick friendly service!
