I had a unit for repairs at Freightliner and they got my truck out of service in no time. They have the most amazing crew and the best customer service. Thank you for all your help today and every time I take a unit in. You guys are the best. Thank you Billy for always taking care of us.

Costumer service (sales) is horrible , they speak with you , like I owe them something . This why I flew in Chicago and bought 5 brand-new trucks . I try to support our state, our city , but with this people is impossible. With parts and service I don’t have problems , they work good

Velocity has always taken care of out Freightliner trucks since 2013. The service now is better than it has ever been. Michelle in service, has taken care of our account for the last several years, and i couldn't ask for any better. She keeps me updated on all our truck issues. And has even gone beyond in helping us with random service questions, or issues.

Had my truck towed in last week due to an air leak in dash valve, quick release air tank pulley, and an air dryer. Basically check and advise air system. Recieved emails stating mechanics found ecm codes and I would need a new injector, turbo, exhaust manifold. I kindly declined their offer and agreed via email they would work only on "Job 1 and 3". Air System. Engine has been running ok for past 6 months. When I arrived to pay and pickup i noticed on the invoice that NOTHING WAS FIXED. $550.00. Crystal tried to convince me that in order to complete "Job 1 and 3" I would need to replace the turbo, injectors and exhaust manifold. And the JOB IS OBSOLETE?????. She was rude and unhelpful in making any sense of this. Drove the truck home making frequent stops to build air. Thanks VTC Avoid this place at all cost

This shop has always done quality work at a reasonable price for me. When I drop a truck off at this shop, it’s most normally same day in, next day out and I normally load them up with a to do list on each truck. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a quality truck shop in the area!
