WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - I ordered through their website on a 3rd party provider called slice. I ordered 3 items. The first one was not delivered, the other 2 were made incorrectly. When I called Sorrentos, they told me that I should do my part and call Slice because they were busy. They said I shouldn't order online through slice. Then why offer the service? This is not the first time I have had my order messed up. I miss the old owners who knew how to take orders correctly and treat loyal customers. Needless to say I finally got a hold of slice to be told that I would be given 50% credit on one item. So I'm supposed to pay 100% for an item not delivered, 100% for an item made incorrectly, and 50% for the last item made incorrectly as well. Clearly I had to escalate and eventually was given a refund. Not worth the time. Again, this was not the 1st time. It is time for me to find a new pizza place.

The pizza, calzones, and other items are always cooked well. The delivery times are getting better, it can still be an hour or more some nights from order to delivery, but I'm rarely delivered anything cold. The orders themselves have been the biggest problem over the last few months. If we order over the phone or the internet it always seems to be a dice roll as to what will be wrong. I've had the completely wrong pizza taken down as the order and delivered, then the correct pizza delivered a half hour later when we called. I've had multiple custom requests messed up. Usually we order the same specialty pizza with one addition. We get billed for that addition and it's not on the pizza. Call to complain and get a credit for the next pizza. I've liked Sorrento's and ordered from them for years, but I'm probably going to be trying some new places soon.

Worst customer service ever! they messed up on the app, and did not want to correct their mistake. Owner was cheap and did not care about making it up. He went on about how expensive it was to replace wings and to go in the app and re-order them if we wanted them. I could not believe this type of service, especially during the pandemic. I am personally very disapointed and would never order from this establishment.

Pizza was average. Nothing that would make me want a second. Girl at the counter seemed to be having a rough day, not very friendly. Wait time did seem to be a bit longer than average. I'm not saying it's bad and I'm not saying it's great. It's average

i ordered food at 5:00 and called back several times to make sure they had the correct address. by the time 7:00 came around i still hadn’t got my food so i asked for a refund and they tried to give me the pizza they made at 5:00. then said they would refund me my money tomorrow.
