He is impeccable, responsive, very knowledgeable, patient and always prepared; also and notable is that his fees are reasonable for the work done. I would highly recommend him for legal help with real estate or his other areas of specialty.

I have used Attorney David Blackwell on multiple occasions for home closings as well as other matters. Attorney Blackwell is extremely knowledgeable. He has often times provided me with insights and guidance at closings that I would have otherwise overlooked.
