Clean facilty. Lots of sanitizing stations. Friendly staff. Great assortment of equipment, newer and in great condition. Can sometimes be crowded but this has decreased since COVID. Great shakes and they provide masks. I would never switch to a different gym than the Edge. Bristol and Manchester are my favorite CT locations! Edge kids is a life savor and very affordable, especially worth it if you come regularly.. I can't wait until they open back up again!

Very disappointed in customer service.nnSince reopening after Covid, child care is no longer provided. I totally understand this, but this also makes it impossible for my wife to use the gym. When we called to find a solution, the staff was unprofessional and rude, offering no solutions and threatening to turn our account over to collections if we refused to pay out the contract.nnI asked to put the account on hold until childcare resumed, and they agreed. However, despite their assurances that the account would not be charged while on hold, they have continued to bill us now for multiple months.nnI have made attempts to talk to the manager but he has conveniently always been on another call and has never returned a call despite the promises of the staff.

Finally breaking free from The Edge!nnAfter signing up 2 years ago, my sign up promotion was never provided to me, and I've been paying triple what I was supposed to have been paying for over a year now.nnAt this point The Edge owes me over $200 and has shown no intention of paying that.nnIt's too bad, they were the cleanest and most updated of the gyms in town, even though they couldn't quite keep the wipe containers full during peak times or peak seasons.

Today I visited the Manchester gym for me it was so unpleasant to see how the clients arrive and take off their masks. A girl who works there went to these guys and told them to adjust their mask well and the only thing they did was laugh at it but they care Little did she ask them the truth there is no social distancing at all it seems that you came to a beach with so many people in the place we are supposed to respect that but here unfortunately there is no group they arrive and between them they take off their masks without no matter what the rules say that you must use it all the time they are people without conscience who do not take care of themselves they do not mind getting infected and infecting others
