I have been coming here for year let's just say 1 bad experience can change your entire shopping experience & this came from the store manager & pharmacy department

Rude pharmacist. She refused to fill a prescription because she claimed to be unable to read the doctor's instructions for taking the medication. I told her I knew the instructions. Didn't matter. I called CVS headquarters afterward. Was able to pick up later that day. Not going back again. Plenty of alternatives nearby.

If I could give a 0 I would...rude like others mentioned, lost my prescription, wouldn't do anything to help.... Will have a word face to face. but in the meantime avoid at all costs and go elsewhere!!!! trust

Very poor experience at this location today. At 10 AM (Monday) walked in for my Same Day pickup Christmas cards (ordered on Friday). Gave my name and they had to be printed, not a problem. 10 minutes later they are still printing and the printer jammed. It had been 20 min and I had to go to work at this point so I said I’d be back after work. 5 min down the road a CVS employee called my phone and said my pictures were ready, again, I said I’d come by after work because I was running late. 10 minutes later a Manager called my phone wanting to explain “Why the printer wasn’t working.” I replied that I was at work and to stop calling my phone. Here’s the thing, Why do I care why your printer is broken? It’s not my problem. I wasn’t mad. I said I’d be back after work. I get to CVS at 4pm and the same employee asks the manager who is in an aisle if she wants to explain the printer situation. In front of multiple customers the manager verbally attacks me and says, “yeah no I won’t be disrespected thanks.” I ask the employee who is above the manager, whose name is Cheryl, and Cheryl suddenly wants to talk and comes rushing over to spew more verbal attacks, repeatedly asking what my problem is. My problem is you not leaving me alone, you calling my phone twice after I said I would be back after work, you yelling at me in front of customers. I hope this reaches district manager, Dave, who I will be in contact with. I’m disgusted with Cheryl’s entitled behavior and I hope customers consider doing their business elsewhere. Check your attitude at the door when you clock into work, Cheryl. Excuses, and your tone of voice won’t get you very far in life.

This is a drug store that is amazing on low prices. You could sign up for their card to save and get discounts. I go to this store for everything. I go for medicine, hygiene, beauty, food and drinks, pictures, etc. You should check CVS pharmacy
