I came in here the other day for the first time and it will definitely be my last at this location, I came in knowing exactly what I needed and the shelves were completely empty so I tried to ask an associate, all 3 girls that were working were standing at the counter talking while i stood in front of them waiting for them to finish their ever so important conversation:) and then asked them if they had any of the product I was looking for left and she got it for me and they all continued gossiping while I was trying to pay. I work a service job as well and it is not that hard to put your conversation on hold while you help a customer for .2 seconds, they also could be stocking the empty shelves in their free time instead of talking behind the counter.

Oh goodness, where do I begin?nnThis Sephora is complete garbage. The employees and their attitudes are awful. It seems that they have little to no respect for the customers there and are quick to dismiss people. They gossip behind the counters a lot, and if you have a question; beware! They won’t stop talking just to answer you.nnI’ve always turned away from this place because of the poor service. I’ve been followed around several times, almost as if the employees thought I was going to steal something. Well, at least they’re doing something important because they sure don’t do anything else!nnHighly recommend going to ULTA or just shopping online. This Sephora sucks and the employees are stuck up. Save your time and money.

What stands out for me on this particular Sephora is the customer service. All staff is great every time I'm there - be it a purchase, return, question, etc. If an item isn't available, they order it with free shipping. Love this store!
