The entire staff was very professional and met all my expectations! Hands down one of the best car buying experiences ever. I highly recommend this team and they have earned my repeat business!!nYou can see the excellent teamwork. This dealership goes above and beyond to satisfy its customers. This dealership has earned my business and will be returning to purchase my remote start from Mazda.

We've been having our Mazda CX-5 leased in Hartford serviced here and have always been happy (except they push air filters every oil change). When our Lease just came due we decided to lease another one here. After shopping we decided to buy verse lease. We had a few changes mid-course and even a couple bumps and they responded admirably every single time. We couldn't be happier with our new car, the buying process and the terms we wound up with. Albert our sales person and Lisa the Sales Manager were amazing. Bill the Finance guy was only slightly annoying trying to sell extended warranties and stuff. We will continue to use their service and even buy or lease here again.

What can I say about the service and employees of Manchester Mazda? They’re the best, and that’s no understatement. I was shopping around at the idea of purchasing a Mazda 3 Turbo when they got announced and I wanted to see what a Mazda 3 would be like. I went to the dealership and met Dyanella who set me up for a test drive. Needless to say I was very impressed with the Mazda 3 and would definitely be coming back for the turbos when those arrive. Over the course of 3 months, Dyanella would email me and keep me up to date on the status of the Mazda 3 Turbo. I asked her if she would be the one I work with when they come out and she graciously agreed to do it. When the turbos finally came out she emailed me right away and we set up a test drive and I made my decision and decided I’d purchase one. She, and the manager, Lisa, helped me find the exact color and trim that I wanted and got it shipped over to Manchester. I came to work out the details on Black Friday and decided I’d buy the car and talk about my trade in with the manager, Lisa. Lisa made it quick and painless and before I knew it we worked out a deal. Now the time to switch my insurance over to the new car from my old one and that was one of the most painful experiences I’ve had, but Dyanella helped me as much as she could and waited patiently for me to finally come in contact with my insurance. Now comes in the financial manager, Bill. Bill was amazing. He didn’t run me around in circles and sell me things like you’d find other dealerships doing. He made suggestions, we discussed them, and signed papers while having a good conversation and laughs. Now the Mazda 3 Turbo was mine! Dyanella took me in the car, gave me a run down of how everything works, and off I was, about 45 minutes after the dealership closed (thanks to my insurance company taking forever). Absolutely none of them had to wait there and get me out the door with the new car. They could’ve said “come back Monday” but they worked with me and helped me and that alone was very pleasing. I HIGHLY recommend going here and checking out Manchester Mazda’s inventory and asking for Dyanella. It was the most painless experience I’ve had buying a vehicle!
