Great sandwiches and super cool customer service.My favorite sandwich is the number 14. The sandwich is so fresh and includes tomatoes lettuce turkey and beef. The really good thing about this place is is it's consistently made with perfection. Sometimes I add a smear of avocado, so good.

Way better than Subway. Facilities were clean in appearance. Tasty sandwiches very large portions.

I called to place an order, as I’ve ordered online in the past and had some issues. The last time I ordered, I got an Italian night club, with much less meat than I’ve ever gotten before. I thought maybe it’s a fluke, there’s a pandemic going on, they had a bad day....nnThe gentleman today on phone was polite, but Obviously I did not end up with what I ordered. I let him know about my previous experience with the little amount of meat—he said I could pay to add more—great! So that’s what I did. I ordered an Italian Night Club, extra meat, as well an Ultimate Porker, add cheese. He confirmed I ordered two sandwiches, and I said yes. I proceeded to give him my card information and phone number three or four times before he successfully was able to charge me. When delivered, this is what I received:nAn ultimate porker.... with added meat and cheese. A single sandwich.nnI give up. I love jimmy johns but there’s just something wrong with how this store is functioning...

GREAT sandwiches. I think what makes Jimmy Johns so good is the bread. It's crusty on the outside and moist and chewy on the inside. The workers do a great job fulfilling my order. Sooooooo good!!!
