Truly impressed with this cab company!nnI typically avoid taxi's as they are usually beat up, ride rough, dirty and offer poor service. I will only take UBER when available but this taxi company is for sure equal with service, cleanliness, ride and vehicle condition!
I came to CT for a job interview. I was so nervous about being able to catch a cab to and from the train station in Hartford in a short amount of time. Saleem with Manchester Cab was outside the station and gave me a ride to my interview. He offered to come back when my meeting was over, and also gave me his card to call him. He was punctual and so incredibly nice. The ride was smooth, car was very nice and service was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.
Called at 11 AM to book a ride anytime between 1 and 6 PM that afternoon. He said he would call me back to say when he would be available. Never got a call back even to say he couldn't do it. Thanks for nothing.
Very unprofessional over the phone. Not very helpful and have to wait at least half to get a taxi. I would not reccommend this taxi service at all.
