What a horrible experience. I went to get my oil changed for their $9.95 special. The manager said my 2014 Ford Edge required full synthetic oil for $99.00. Then informed me that I could get a big discount if I signed up for their rewards card. I signed up and it dropped my price to $52. However, when I went to pay my Bill, he told me it would come in the mail. Lo and behold, to my major surprise, I received a credit card in the mail and the balance due was on it! And the interest rate was $28.8%. I told the manager, at least 3 times, I don't want a credit card because I have credit cards. On 3 occasions, he stated "it's not. It's a rewards card." Well, that was a huge lie and I'm now taking action to deal with it. Don't be a victim like me. Just stay away from Tire Works as a customer. I'll never return. Their corporate office has been very helpful to right the wrong. It's simply unfortunate I had to be wronged to be treated right.

This by far was the best experience with an Auto Care business I have ever had. I had the pleasure of meeting Victor who went above and beyond to assist me. I had spoke with him twice before bringing in my car and he was very accommodating. In addition to being friendly, pleasant and professional he also had empathy for my situation. Being a senior on a fixed income he made recommendations and directed me to a coupon that was very helpful. I'll never go anywhere else for car repairs as long as he is at this location.

I have to say this location is great and their customer service is amazing! Robert took the time out to figure out what was wrong with my car. And Ray thank you for listening to my issue and not dismissing me because I didn’t have an appointment. I had been going to the tire works on Ann road and I will never go back there again. Tire works on Centennial near the circle K is freakin great! All their staff were pleasant and professional! Thank you all! I have to add! When they finished my vehicle they even took me on a test drive to ensure that my issue was fixed. These guys were great!

I have used Tire Works at Centennial & Commerce twice now and recommended them to friends. They are an honest, caring establishment as shown by their expertise workmanship and employees ( and I dealt with 3 different people). Each time every one of them took the time to both explain and show me what was going on. I also compared prices for parts and labor and they beat the rest by far. Keep up the good work guys!

They are always so nice there. I honestly didn't expect to get in to get my oil changed until the weekend, but Ray told me to call back at 3:30 & they had an opening at 4 this evening! They checked my air filters & brakes & were honest about everything! If you are worried about being over charged, this is the place to go to get honest, fair estimates. At Ford country I was quoted over $500 for something Tire Works just quoted me around $100 for same work. Will recommend to everyone I know.
