Governor's Residence

Large room, friendly staff but the place seems a little dated. While the room was large there were a few spaces that needed some sort of furniture to sit other than the bedroom area instead of just empty. The room was very quiet. The whole place was not very lively. Location is great. All in all, a good place to rest your head but not much else.

Very disappointed this year. No Santa at the door when we arrivednnabout 1pm No music and no governor. We will go next year because it is a tradition to go on Fri afternoon but hope state will do a better job for its citizens next year.Almost felt as if there was no effort to make it an experience . Get it together Conn.

It was my first time there and it was very pretty the Christmas tree was awesome and a lot of the Antiques were also I love the fact that Santa and Santa's wife was there thank you and have a Merry Christmas

The Christmas display was not all that, I expected a lot more was very boring.

Nice to see the Governor's mansion decorated for Christmas.
