I came to this kind and helpful locksmith to have a key cut for my car. I also needed it programmed, and on principle, prefer to avoid our local dealership at all costs. In all my dealings with him, both on the phone and in person, he was so very kind, patient, and went out of his way to check in his books as to whether he would be able to help me program the key. Even though he didn’t have the capability to program my key (through no fault of his own), he walked out with me to my car to test the key and make sure it worked properly.nnI took my key directly to another locksmith in town who has the tool for programming car keys, and a man in front of me paid 7 times what I had just paid Paul to cut two keys.nnI will continue to support Paul, who clearly values customers and goes out of his way to ensure the customer is served well.
