James was great - he was honest, informative and super helpful. I was scared and jumped to some conclusions about a car repair, he instead helped me troubleshoot over the phone and let me bring it in for a free diagnosis. He spent upwards of 45 minutes of his time personally to figure out what's wrong with my car without being paid a dime on the night before thanksgiving - I've never had a mechanic shop do so much for me. Would recommend 100%, don't hesitate

I'm grateful this place was open on Labor Day. My car was towed there about 8AM because it would not start and it was, to my knowledge, the only place open that could possibly fix it that day. Having not heard from them by noon, i checked in with them only to find out they had lost my phone number. The car needed the fuel pump replaced and they needed my okay before proceeding. Upon arrival, the cost was quoted and i was assured it would be finished about 4PM. Being 300+ miles away from home, we decided we better get our room for one more night. I did not hear from them by 5PM, called to find out they had difficulty with reassembly and it would be finished next morning. Checked at 10AM next morning, ",,, be done 11:30-12." Checked at 11:40, ",,, be done in 45 minutes." Went there at 12:30, "oh we need to flush the fuel system. Be done in 30 minutes." Fifty minutes later, they said the car was good to go, i paid, went to hotel and packed up, fueled up the car,,,, and gas was leaking all over the ground. Upon returning the car to the shop and advising them gasoline was leaking into their parking lot, it was swiftly taken into the shop for immediate attention. It turns out they did not replace the seal on the fill tube and used the old one. To make a long story even longer, we finally drive away from the shop at 5PM and arrived home just after 10PM a full day later than necessary. I'm grateful for them being available, but please be sure of time estimates and realistic about the expertise of your technicians

Been coming here for almost 2 years. These guys provide great service and do for a fair price. I put a lot of miles on my vehicles and need plenty of scheduled maintenance. They always fit me in and keep them running strong. James is an honest dude and will make sure you’re getting the best maintenance without overpaying.

I took my car to get my air repaired along with a part in the air vent that the recently repaired, that was still not fixed. After having my car 3 days, they fixed the air vent part that they intially was supposed to fix but never my air! It was the hottest week ever in Vegas and I kept getting the run around! I had to take my car somewhere else for the repairs! I would have rather them tell me that they could not fix it instead of keeping my car for 3 days. I had to take an Uber to work which cost me 25.00. Honesty is the best policy!
