This is an incredible place, great food, drinks and ambiance. Jimmy the owner is incredible makes everyone feel like Family! From our very first visit staff was incredible and the food amazing! We felt so welcomed have never had a bad visit, we have been supporting this establishment for two and half years now. They work their butt off and it’s a team effort. The garlic bread is a must! Happy hour menu is incredible. This place is Clean, quality food & service. Elegant place who welcomes all. If we have a special occasion we know where we’re going! The Fritho’s love this spot and we are sure you are too. There are a lot of other places where you just pay for the name or decor then the food/service sucks this is not that place great location as well!

Usually I just go to burger places, but today my girlfriend took me here for my birthday and I was blown away. They had no business being that good. The servers Rafael and Jimmy were amazing. They remembered my name and they gave me top notch service. Those guys definitely deserve a raise. The drink was amazing, the pasta was amazing, the garlic bread was to die for and they even gave me a complimentary dessert. Everything was top tier. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

I have lived in Downtown Hartford for a few years now, so I’ve both dined-in & ordered form Salute many times. From the moment they answer the phone, you feel like a valued patron & part of their community. The service is really great and the food/portions are well worth anything they are asking for. For any additions or adjustments to your order, they always go above & beyond. It really is a great (& rare) feeling when you walk in & they use your name as if you were a close friend! 5 stars, recommend to anybody living in or visiting our Capital City.

When I made the reservation, the staff couldn't have been more friendly. The food was delicious and after dinner my friend and I were offered lattes. The lattes were just as good as the food. Would recommend to anyone!
