as a licensed health professional for over 30 yrs ,i am appalled at the unethical and unprofessional behavior exhibited by att mc loughlin in his representation of a workmans compensation case involving my daughter,,,due to his lack of communication with her attorney and failure to attend workmans compensation hearings over the last 6 yrs,he has violated his code of ethics and attorney oath which has caused undue financial and emotional stress leading to aggravation of my daughters condition...i will be filing a complaint to the ct bar association within 30 days as his stall techniques and blatant obstruction of ct workmans compensation law have caused increased physical and emotional harm to a my daughter...this is unacceptable in any field..it would be in his best interest in the future to negotiate and communicate with other attorneys in a more professional ,ethical and fair manner.therefore i would never recommend him or his associates to handle any legal representation
