My favorite yoga studio in the Hartford area! The space is gorgeous and clean. Today I tried their organic glow facial and it was the 90 minutes of bliss. Love that they use essential oils and clean ingredients.
Great Place to practice yoga. Excellent instructors and amazing community of people with positive energy. Love this place and highly recommend to anyone!
Vasu has been lifechanging for me. For years, I’d practiced at yoga studios across the country (Seattle, Chicago, NYC) but never stuck to it. Vasu’s classes, teachers, ambiance and “come as you are” approach makes it impossible not to come back, again and again. Not to mention, Anastasia at the front desk and the owners (Natalie and Holly) make you feel at home and grounded from the moment you walk in. I am SO grateful to have found this place in Hartford!
Another yoga studio in a gentrified neighborhood providing overpriced services and claiming to be “community”. A spiritual business contributing to displacement, broken window policing, and other forms of systemic violence. “Urban oasis”, gentrification. “Urban zen”, appropriation. Vasu “tribe” is not about Hartford. They aren’t a healing space. True healing is collective wellness, not expensive self care.
The space is warm and super inviting. We had an amazing event and response thanks to our super sweet hosts and the community there.
