This has got to be the worst place to even try to reach through the phone. It's a whole run around trying to choose an option that is so broad and once you choose one it won't send you to talk to a representative at any time.nnI can't imagine how tedious this is to go in person.

The best and easiest time I have ever had in a government building. Kind staff if you are polite and think ahead on their needs. You do need an appointment though.

Their service is completely careless. Especially the guy at the front desk! thinks he is funny. He strangely enjoys when the people are inexperienced on IRS stuff. Someone should remind him that he is the IRS guy who is paid for it! Not the people who stop by there once a year.

I'm trying to reach someone at the IRS to discuss a refund. I was on hold for 53 minutes. After telling the customer service rep my issue, he told me I had to fax a form in at which time I told him I didn't have a fax and have been to the office twice already. The form had already been completed. He then hung up on me. I'm still trying to reach someone.
