Today, a beautiful late fall day, we ate at First & Last for the first time, sitting on their porch. We were politely treated as we waited several minutes for a seat. Once seated we ordered great steak and cheese grinders!! Best I’ve ever had! In spite of a bad review the steak was wonderfully tender and tasty! The server was extra attentive and our food was excellent overall.!! All I can say is “I wanna go back!
You come for the food yet leave unsatisfied. Do not go off their menu. Stick to their pizza. Sandwiches are prepared in advance and heated to order instead of made to order. Had to send the steak sandwich back twice. First time was cold steak with hot cheese on top and second tasted like old dried chewy steak with hot cheese on top.nTheir customer service is amazing but need to work on their menu or cook(s).

Good service from a courteous staff. The food was good and the wine was better.
Great food but if you’re going to have an open kitchen where your guests can see the cook staff you should probably make the chefs actually wear their masks. We won’t be coming back, hope we don’t get sick
