On my retirement I decided to develop a 27-acre parcel of land in New Hartford Connecticut. I was fortunate to select Peter alter as our attorney. He represented me at the p and z meeting to approve the development. It passed that night which is virtually unheard of. He also represented me at the wetlands meeting. This past on the same night also. I don't know if there's anybody who has ever had such a good experience getting approval. It was only because he is so well spoken and adept with dealing with people that things went so well. thank you Peter.
