Modern-day Fraud. I learned that they are charging your card even though the gym is closed. So I researched how to cancel the membership. To my surprise - It is virtually impossible to cancel a gym membership. Yes, you heard it right. The gym owner is a smart scammer to design the process so that he/she can legally charge you because they dont have customer service or phone to cancel the membership. In the 21st century, where every day is full of technological advancement and miracle, they hold on to the old registered mail model to cancel the membership. Why because they want to make it hard to cancel the membership because legally, if they dont get your mail, then they won't cancel it. Who uses registered mail today - I'm sure my kid won't know how to do it or what it is. So that made me do research again and found that the owner of the gym is already in Jail for running the pongy scheme and the wife running the whole circus. Long story short - Sign up if you want to have time to do multiple follow up via mail and electronic mail. Because you won't get any answer in both ways, I have tried both, and I'm still waiting on my membership to be canceled by them. Needless to say that I'm trying it from Feb 2020 and today is Sept 2020.nSo Good luck with a new customer!

The worst gym you can possibly join! The management staff is unreliable and unprofessional. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT HERE because you won’t be able to get out! My girlfriend and I have been going here for over a year. COVID hit and we felt uncomfortable attending the gym. We contacted the staff to figure out how to quite our contract. We did every step including doing the certified mail they recommended, but we are still getting charged! I have contacted the staff to try and resolve this issue again, but they have no idea. Once again, unless you want to get ripped off DO NOT JOIN!

Horrible customer relations- billing issues- you are unable to cancel membership after several calls? They keep billing you after you have not even been in the gym for years? Where is the customer service?

cancellation is impossible. i guarantee they make almost all of their money at collections with people who tried to cancel and either forgot or thought they cancelled. absolutely do not get a membership here unless you plan on going for the rest of your life.

Do not go here. Disgusting business practices, predatory by every definition of the word. They try to squeeze every dollar out of you and make cancellations a nightmare. Horrendous customer service and a parasitic and frankly just sad business model. Stay far far far away, literally any other gym would be better, considering the excessive fees and hassle of closing an account.
