I called because the online check in wasnt working. Was told I need to go in and sign in or do it online. How does this make sense. Come in and stand outside next to a bunch of people. Isnt social distancing still a thing? Your actually playing un safe. Vicky was not only rude, but in the middle of our phone conversation she sets me down helps customers without telling me, then forgets about me. I just wanted to get my hair cut. But places like this almost force unhealthy habits especially post covid-19.
They gave me a Donald Trump haircut and then it turned out to be a Luke Skywalker haircut thank you so much
I cut my hair at home because why not and I needed some good touching up. I hadn’t been to a salon in years. In the past when I was a kid, I’ve had mostly not so pleasing hair cuts from salons. Anyways with being nervous about going to a salon, I read some reviews to look for a hair stylist that was named on here for their awesome work and that person was Marla. Marla did an amazing job! She listened to exactly what I wanted, she asked me questions to see if my hair was the way I liked it, she took her time in the cutting process to get my hair the most precise. She did not rush at all and that made me so happy. She did what she could to get me the cut I asked for and she nailed it! She was so easy to talk to during the process.
