Love this place! Encouraging coaches and extremely friendly environment. You can walk through the door at FireTower CrossFit without a clue what you're doing and in very little time you will be amazed at how much stronger you have become both physically and mentally. FireTower CrossFit is in the business to help you be your best you and with your hard work, they do a wonderful job at it.
I have been at this gym since April '15 and I love it! The coaches are wonderful, the atmosphere is great, and everyone is so friendly, encouraging, and fun. It is my home away from home. I highly recommend stopping by, whether you're a CrossFit junkie or a newbie - you won't regret it!
Can't say enough good things about FireTower Xfit. Geoff and Kyle are super supportive and keen to my limitations, but know when I'm slacking. (The other coaches are great too, but due to my schedule they are my primary instructors.) I started in mid-February and in 5 months, I'm in the best shape of my life, no question. Thanks guys!
My daughter dropped in with one of her friends while in town and said it was the best CrossFit gym drop in experience she has ever had! The coaches were knowledgeable, personable, and welcoming and the members were too! If you are in the area and need to get your WOD on this is the place to go!
