Staff was very helpful and friendly. Haven't been there in a number of years. Nice to see all the new equipment. No complaints everything was nice and clean.
I generally make it here mid afternoon with my scheduling and its never busy then which is perfect because then there is no waiting for something! Great selection of free weights, machines and cardio for any type of workout!
First time here, and I was impressed! Just the kind of gym for anyone serious about working out. Not stepping over people, folks move with purpose, and it's not treated like a Starbucks. Do your thing and move on! Great spot
I've had memberships at two other popular fitness centers. This by far has the best variety of equipment. And is the best priced. Hands down this is the place to go. The staff here love their customers, by the third visit they remember who you are. Great environment no doubt.
Been working out here off and on for quite a few years. Everytimw I've been in, I've always felt at home. 0 judgement and everyone is there for the same reason! EXERCISE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
