What a great Yoga community. Always welcoming, always a little different but with great teachers who lead the class with helpful cues and positivity. The classes are established ahead of time so you know what to generally expect. The enlarged studio is beautiful, bright, comfortable and clean. . I ❤ufe0f Hot Yoga Helena.
Amazing studio!! It’s a very calm and welcoming environment. Nicky is a really good communicator and very understanding and adaptable to everyone’s needs. I loved my experience here
