Tried this place for the first time tonight. We got a cheese pizza and a cheese steak. Both were great. Definitely give this place a try. No issues with the food or service.

I only ordered wings from here and all my wings were undercooked and pink. This isn't the first time this has happened. It happened when I was pregnant as well. I thought maybe I'd give them another chance that maybe someone didn't know what they were doing that day and months later same thing. Clearly people's choice does not know how to cook chicken.

I was on a weekend with my family and ordered thru Uber eats to People's Choice. I spent well over 60 dollars in food for my family. When I realized there was a mistake with my order- I immediately called and was told there was nothing they could do. No apologies- nothing. Just take it up with Uber. Welp. Here’s my perspective- either send me the correct food or refund my money for the error. When I offered those two options to the Manager- They stated they could not do either. As someone who had worked in the customer service / service industry for years I find it silly that folks do not care about the level of service or lack their of service to folks who spend money at their establishments.nWhich is too bad, because the food was decent but I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Tonight my family and I ordered from your New Britain location. I have to say that you now have a customer for LIFE!!! When I called this evening (4/8/20) the woman who took my order was very informative and listened to every detail I said. She then suggested things I may have forgotten about like a drink or side sauce. She told me it would be a half hour until my meal arrived which I thought that was short but I took her word for it. Our food was here in 29 minutes. When the delivery man showed up he was very friendly and polite. AMAZING!!! Just so different from past experiences with other businesses we've ordered from. So I got the food upstairs and my family was very impressed! To say GREAT FOOD, to rate 5 stars is an understatement! Thank you People's Choice for staying op n and serving our community through the Health Crisis. We appreciate you and pray for you and your family ud83dude4f. Thank you from our family to yours!!! Corporate PLEASE SHARE this with all your stores and the bosses of this location! This TEAM IS AMAZING, THEY ROCK!!!!
