My experience has always been great. The food is great and nice and hot upon arrival. The delivery is lightening fast. Sam and the staff are great people. If you want great food and fast delivery give Sergio's a try!

Well I ordered the cheese as always when judging pizza.nThe cutting of the pie was on point!nPerfect sliced like a pie!nThe sauce was good the crust was excellent the cheese could have been a little better. Over all I gave it a better rating then pepes.nImprove cheese get a 5 star.

Worst experience ever. Waited quite a while to get our food, only to find out it was delivered to someone who was in our yard. They never came to knock on our door, and literally just gave the food away to someone else. When we asked for the receipt to find out who signed for the food, they refused. They have very bad attitudes and are horrible with customer service. Why the hell would you give good to someone random when you didn't even ask if they were the ones who ordered it?!

On recommendation of a neighbor, this evening we ordered a medium size sausage, onion & peppers pizza for delivery. When we opened the pizza upon delivery the three of us were disappointed to see what looked to be a dry pizza with raw white onions on the top together with a scarce handful of cheese & the same meager scattering of red sauce. The three of us, having planned nothing else for dinner each tried a slice-to complete disappointment. The onions were indeed raw; the crust was like chewing old bread & there was not enough sauce to add any flavor to the raw mess. I tried to call and share our disappointment in the kindest way possible. The woman who answered immediately curtly dismissed my concerns. She went on to say that she was the manager & she was very busy & there was nothing she could do. After explaining that it seemed wrong to pay $30.00 for a barely edible pizza & that I had expected that they would welcome the constructive criticism. She rudely said there was nothing she could do & that was that as she slammed the phone down. This is my first negative review & I am hoping that others don’t encounter this mess.
