As first time home buyers we were warned at how complicated, time-consuming, and scary the closing process would be. Our experience with Larry Kiel turned out to be anything but. The process was smooth and Larry communicated everything in such a way as to make us feel very comfortable. He is obviously extremely competent and did not need to prove it by burying us in legal and financial esoterica.

Larry Kiel has all the bases covered when it comes to real estate transactions. His checklists of what needs to be done, situations to consider, pitfalls to avoid make me feel like I am in good hands with his representation. I wish I had met him many years ago when I first started buying and selling real estate. He also teams up with other trusted experts in finance, brokerage, appraisals, builders, to name a few. It is total one stop shopping for all things real estate.
