What an amazing yoga studio!nAs soon as I walked in to Yoga Union I was impressed by how beautiful and calming the studio space is. The staff is so warm and welcoming.nnI’ve taken classes with all the teachers and I am really impressed with the quality of the classes and each teacher’s knowledge. I also like that there are so many levels of classes offered – yin, gentle, moderate, mixed levels, and more challenging classes. The teachers have been helpful offering modifications which has allowed me to get a well-rounded practice despite some injuries.nnThe class schedule and convenient location have made it super easy to get to class.nnI’ve definitely found my yoga home!

The teacher had a weird vibe.. the yoga positions didn’t flow well together, and she ended the class with a ten minute chant in Sanskrit. It was way too long. It ruined any good the yoga might have created.nNot every one wants to chant for ten minutes after yoga , but it was not presented as optional so I felt uncomfortable leaving as well as uncomfortable staying.nI have not gone back since this class.

Love, love, love this new studio! What a sweet spot to unwind. Such a calming and relaxing place with lots of offerings for everybody!

This place is amazing! Kristen is a fabulous teacher and the studio is so calming and relaxing. Def recommend!

Pam is an amazing teacher. Her studio is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend her classes!
