I've been a member for 2 months already and I am very happy to have chosen this gym. The staff is awesome and very polite. The monthly rates are great. A peaceful place to complete my morning workout. I recommend it! Good hours of operation.
Wonderful gym. Come here annually when I visit family. Has everything you need, no frills and great prices. Staff is very friendly.
I would recommend Valley fitness to all. Their facility has everything you need in a great location and their is even a sauna! I did personal training with Andre as well and he tailored everything to my needs and It was a very great experience. Valley fitness has an Incredibly nice owner who is very kind and professional and really cares about the needs of his members. I would recommend this gym to all.

Valley Fitness Center in Unionville center is Farmington Valley's best kept secret. It offers all of the amenities, sculpting and spin classes I need to keep up my fitness—all for a low monthly fee.
