Amy is fantastic!!! She has great experience and has such a beautiful studio!! Highly recommend. Although her classes are mostly power, she truly makes all classes accessible for all levels.
What a great yoga studio. The instructor Amy was fantastic and focused on her clients. I have done all types of Yoga all over the world and the Down Dog is the best. The class was small and Amy was very knowledgeable. I can wait to come back to Farmington and the Down Dog studio.
