Holli went above and beyond. I was buying a last minute gift and they were sold out of the charm I wanted. One of her family members had one on hold. Knowing I needed it immediately she ordered a replacement for the family member and sold me the one that was reserved for them. It made my girlfriend's day. I had a really great experience at this Pandora store today, I went in hoping to replace my ring that got bent, but the lady said they couldn’t replace it unless it was bought less than a year ago. Went in for a gold charm and all they could offer was a clip no gold charms at allud83dudc4eud83cudffc,also asked to clean my bracelet and charms attached and I was told it would take 1hr and a half bcuz they had a line of which I had to wait also very unprofessional thank u
