Sales associates were nice
The customer service is very impressive. Love the clothing, it's great quality, take care of it it will last a long time and very comfortable

Great clothing but the service could be better, sales associates could be more helpful. Sale items are final sale so make sure you love them before purchasing.
They used to have such great staff at this store, and especially when it was still in Blue Back. It's really gone downhill, but my BIGGEST complaint is that with their men's section, it's as if whoever decides which items to sell is purposely picking the ugliest items available. They have the worst selection of menswear, but online they have much nicer styles that are not available in store. Its gotten to the point where I dont go nearly as often, and I just order online anyway.
