Ordered December 1, 2019 and my order has yet to be processed, I guess I was supposed to be pacified by an email I received [on Dec 4] stating my order would be shipped within 24 hours....well 96 hours later and counting I have not received notice of a shipment. I will most likely never order from here again. Holidays or not, it should not take this long to ship one item that is not on back order.
Recently bought a pair of shoes from them. Price seemed great, until I realized the free shipping would take an insane amount of time to have my package delivered.
Some of the rudest staff I've ever seen. Talking to each other about their plans to go out together after work and ignoring/not engaging with customers. I left after 2 minutes without buying anything and dont plan on going back.
