Hands down the best car dealership I’ve ever dealt with in my lifetime of financing cars! Matt is always honest and straight forward. You will never leave disappointed. He will do anything he can to help you drive away in the car you want! I’ve had 3 cars through them now! Each one for great prices and very reliable and decent miles for the year of the car.

I went to Universal Motors because I found a listing for a Prius online at a great price. When I arrived, they had the car ready for me to test drive and Matt (the owner) was completely transparent and easy to work with every step of the way. He was able to get me off the lot the same day on a Saturday. It is rare that you deal with someone that is honest and personable in the car buying experience. I am lucky to have walked in the door. I totally recommend this place for anyone. I have been dealing with Matt for a few years now and I’m on my third car right now thanks to him; I have never ever had any problems with any of my cars I got through him, I just change them because I always upgrade them to something better. Matt is always willing to help his customers no matter what; even if you have bad credit, HE WILL MAKE IT WORK. I am looking forward to continue to make business with him. THIS GUY DEFINITELY MAKES ANYTHING POSSIBLE.
